Disconnect Strava

You can revoke ClarityRun's access from your Strava account settings at any time. After access is revoked, ClarityRun will no longer be able to import new Strava activities unless you reconnect.

Request deletion

To request deletion of your ClarityRun account, imported Strava activities, reports, or other personal data, email support@clarityrun.tech from the email address used for your account.

Please include:

  • the email address on your ClarityRun account;
  • whether you want Strava data deleted, the full account deleted, or both;
  • any specific activity or report details if your request is limited.

What we delete

When you request deletion, we delete or anonymize account data, imported activity data, debriefs, reports, and stored analysis data where required and technically feasible. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, legal, billing, or compliance reasons.

Timing

We aim to handle Strava-related deletion requests promptly, including within 48 hours where required by Strava API obligations or applicable law. Other account deletion requests are handled as quickly as reasonably possible.
